Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Houston HVAC Reviews website and services. By using this site or requesting an audit, you agree to them. If you sign up for a paid service, the specifics of that engagement (scope, fee, guarantee terms) are set out in the written agreement or order form you receive at signup, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.
The service
Houston HVAC Reviews helps HVAC companies in the Houston area request, monitor, and respond to Google reviews from their real customers. We do not write, purchase, or post fake reviews, and we do not offer incentives to reviewers. You agree to use the service only to request honest reviews from genuine customers of your business.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business and your customers.
- Only submit customer contact information you have the right to use, and that you collected in the course of doing business with them.
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies, including Google's review policies.
Free audit
The free Google reviews audit is informational only. It is our honest read of your public Google profile and your local competitors, and it comes with no obligation on your part or ours.
Guarantee
Where a review guarantee applies, its exact terms (number of reviews, time period, and remedy) are stated in your service agreement. The remedy for an unmet guarantee is continued service at no charge until the target is met, not a refund, unless your agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as-is. We do not control Google and cannot promise how Google displays, counts, or ranks reviews or business profiles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
Month-to-month engagements can be canceled by either side at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
