This policy describes what Houston HVAC Reviews collects through this website and how we use it. The short version: we collect what you give us so we can send you your audit and talk to you about the service, and we don't sell it or share it for marketing.

What we collect

  • Audit request form: your name, company, email address, and current Google review count. This form does not collect phone numbers.
  • Text chat widget: if you choose to start a text conversation through the chat widget, you provide your name and mobile number so we can reply by SMS.
  • Email and phone: anything you send us directly when you email, call, or text.
  • Basic site logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To prepare and send you the Google reviews audit you requested.
  • To respond to you and discuss the service.
  • To provide the service if you become a client.

Text messaging

The text chat widget is the only place on this website that collects phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent. By submitting your mobile number through the chat widget, you consent to receive SMS messages from us about your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

What we share

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our communications (for example, our hosting provider and our marketing platform, which powers the audit request form and the text chat widget), and only so they can provide those services to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep audit requests and correspondence for as long as we have a business reason to. Want your information deleted or corrected, or want to know what we have? Email nic.nash@houstonhvacreviews.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
